About this role
Bedrijfsomschrijving A dynamic third generation is leading our company, which has been a trusted name in the agricultural sector for 79 years. From our three locations in Belgium, the Netherlands and Romania, we are the reference in the development and production of agricultural machinery for soil cultivation, planting, harvesting, storage, sorting and transportation of potatoes and vegetables. With 550 employees and a turnover of 140 million euros (2024), we are committed to continuous growth, innovation and development—both as a company and for our employees. We respect. We collaborate. We innovate. We go for it. With passion. As a Start-up Technician, you are the final link in the production process—the moment where technology comes to life. You inspect, test, adjust, analyse and perfect. Thanks to your craftsmanship, our machines leave in perfect condition for customers all over the world. You analyse any malfunctions and enjoy solving them yourself. You perform a technical inspection: you check electrical and hydraulic connections and verify that everything operates correctly in the software using a checklist. You provide feedback with improvement proposals to team leaders and engineers in order to further optimise processes. You check whether all components are mounted correctly. You carry out various hands-on tests, such as brake and driving tests on the road. Throughout all tasks, you work with a strong focus on quality, accuracy and safety. You hold a technical bachelor's degree (Electromechanics, Automotive Technology or Agricultural Mechanisation) or you have built up at least 5 years of relevant technical experience. You have a strong interest in electricity, hydraulics and mechanics. Basic software knowledge is an asset. You enjoy hands-on work, and your experience makes you practical and solution-oriented. You are a true team player who enjoys collaborating with Assembly, R&D and other departments. You have excellent knowledge of Dutch and a basic command of English. Affinity with agriculture is a plus. You are flexible, eager to learn and enthusiastic about evolving with new technologies.
