Are you a service-minded Facility Coordinator who enjoys both being on-site and organizing things behind the scenes? We are looking for someone who will oversee facility operations across a large and complex site, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You'll be part of a team with other facility coordinators and a manager. Client Details You'll join a dynamic organization within the FMCG sector, where operational excellence and teamwork are key. The site is extensive, meaning you'll progressively grow into the role. Description Coordinate facility operations across multiple buildings Walk the site regularly to ensure quality and safety standards Support administrative tracking and reporting Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders Coordinating and following up on on-site facility operations (including cleaning, landscaping, waste management, pest control, etc.) Acting as the first point of contact for users, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Managing and controlling inspections, inventories, storage, and locker access Collaborating within the team to achieve high user satisfaction Experience in facility management or coordination Fluent in English, good level of Dutch, French is a plus Independent and proactive, yet a team player Social, service-oriented, and detail-focused Comfortable working on a large site with multiple stakeholders
