We are urgently seeking a dedicated Melting Furnace Operator for a leading company in the metal industry. As a Melting Furnace Operator, you play a crucial role in the melting process. You ensure a smooth supply of raw materials and guarantee high levels of quality and safety. You accurately weigh the prescribed quantities of raw materials and load them into the melting furnace. You follow the production schedule and program the production sequences for optimal productivity. You work according to the standard operating procedures and the instructions of the shift leader. You participate in 5S and problem-solving events to optimize the process. You are responsible for the cleanliness of your work area. If necessary, you operate related equipment such as a bulldozer , forklift , and power tools. Your profile as melting furnace operator; You have industrial experience . You are able to work well both independently and as part of a team , even under time pressure. You have strong mechanical skills and are comfortable using hand tools. Basic knowledge of power tools, forklifts, and bulldozers is a plus. You have an eye for detail and deliver precise, high-quality work. You are eager to learn and always open to acquiring new skills. Working safely is second nature to you, and you strictly follow all procedures. You speak perfect English and French or Dutch and English
