Location: Heist-op-den-Berg Type: Full-time Region: EMEA Travel: Approximately 30% As a Master Planner Responsible SIOP & Master Planning , you are responsible for coordinating and optimizing planning activities across an international network of manufacturing and distribution sites. You report directly to the SIOP & Master Planning Manager and work alongside an experienced Master Planner within the team. Your primary focus will be on the sites in Italy and the United Kingdom, while providing support to other sites in exceptional situations. You play a key role in integrating new and less mature sites into standardized planning processes. This requires strong collaboration with local teams, guiding and convincing them of the right planning approach and helping them improve their maturity level. You will operate within defined guidelines and processes, with the autonomy to manage and support the sites in your own way, while remaining aligned with the overall strategy and planning standards. Key responsibilities: Coordinate planning activities from sales forecasting to production completion Collaborate with Supply Chain on stock follow-up and demand trends Develop and improve a structured and documented planning cycle Maintain and document planning and procurement processes Identify and follow up on production bottlenecks Monitor and report key KPIs such as on-time delivery, lead times, inventory, supplier performance, and costs Follow up on suppliers within and outside the network Coach and develop planning teams Contribute to and lead supply chain and flow optimization projects Work closely with production, supply chain, sales administration, finance, quality, and external partners Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain and production planning within a multi-step manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of S&OP processes Solid SAP experience, preferably at key user level Good knowledge of MS Office, with strong Excel skills Ability to understand, implement, and improve planning processes Experience in managing stakeholders in an international environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Results-oriented and proactive mindset Coaching leadership style and strong communication skills Ability to work autonomously within strategic guidelines Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent Languages: Dutch English Italian is strongly preferred; without Italian, the role remains possible but more challenging in terms of communication and impact on the Italian site
