As an Analyst Programmer your responsibilities are: Own the end-to-end software lifecycle for on-site applications - requirements, design, build, test, go-live, and ongoing support - in compliance with GxP requirements Develop and maintain industrial and business applications using WinDev / WebDev and VB/VBA, including Bartender label templates Support existing on-site applications across custom builds, labeling (Bartender), and ERP (PMI) Manage SQL reporting and provide Business Intelligence support, including Power BI report development, to enable data-driven decision-making Participate in IT system validation activities in line with quality and regulatory requirements Contribute to the site's digital transformation roadmap, from paperless operations to ERP modernization Create and maintain technical documentation, work instructions, and user manuals A successful Analyst Programmer should have: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent (ESTC or higher) Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar analyst programmer or application developer role A hands-on, self-driven professional who engages directly with operational teams, digs into complex problems, and delivers practical, lasting solutions Hands-on experience with WinDev 22+ / WebDev application development Proficiency in VB/VBA and SQL (MS SQL Server, Sybase, Advantage Database Server), with practical Power BI experience Working knowledge of manufacturing ERPs (SAP, IFS, Sage, or PMI) and labeling solutions (Bartender) in a regulated environment; life sciences or MedTech experience preferred Familiarity with GxP principles and IT system validation practices (CSV/GAMP) Experience deploying or working with AI-powered workflows to improve operational efficiency Rigorous, quality-minded approach with strong adherence to procedures and standards Clear communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally in a multilingual environment Fluent in French; working proficiency in English required
