We are looking for enthusiastic tour guides who would like to join our team and spend the winter 2026/2027 at the North Cape - the Top of Europe. We offer Guide course and training on site Help with finding accommodation Possibility to work for us for more seasons Assignments and wage according to your availability, language skills/ combination and bookings International work environment Possibility to use your language skills and knowledge about Norway in an active way Qualification requirements Available to work as a guide from October until April. Fluent in one of the following language combinations: Fluent in English in combination with German and/or French. Fluent in English in combination with Norwegian Prior experience as a tour guide in Norway is required. Only candidates with existing authorization to work in Norway will be considered. Personal characteristics Flexible, service-minded, enthusiastic and interested in working with people from different countries and cultures. Able to present information in an entertaining way. Om arbeidsgiveren: Arctic Guide Service, a leading guide service company in northern parts of Norway, providing guides for shore excursions (cruise), private groups, Northern Lights tours (winter) and individual travelers in Lofoten, Tromsø and North Cape. During the high season, we engage around 100 guides in total.
