Über uns Die Dynamic Infrastrukture GmbH Dynamic Infrastructure GmbH is active in fiber optic network expansion (FTTH/FTTx) in Germany. For our ongoing FTTH project in Esslingen (Baden-Württemberg) — approximately 3,200 home connections and around 100 km of cable route — we are looking for an experienced construction manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible. Ihre Aufgaben Independent management and coordination of construction sites in civil engineering and house connections. Management and control of the deployed crews and subcontractors Ensuring quality, occupational safety and adherence to deadlines Review and approval of the construction and measurement documentation Communication with client, construction supervision and internal teams Ihr Profil Several years of experience as a construction manager in fiber optic expansion (FTTH/FTTx) or civil engineering Knowledge of route construction, house connections and the associated documentation Traffic control / RSA21 is advantageous Safe handling of digital construction site documentation Good German skills, both spoken and written.
