ABOUT YOUExperience of housekeeping in a care home, hospital or hotel environment will be very advantageous for the role of Head of Housekeeping. We'll also look for a proven ability to lead and inspire a team. A caring nature and good communication skills are important as you'll often come into contact with other members of staff, residents and their relatives.

Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

Experience in housekeeping within a care home, hospital, or hotel environment is highly desirable. You should also have a proven ability to lead and motivate a team, as well as good communication skills to liaise with staff, residents, and their families.
