MISSIONS PRINCIPALES 1. Administration du personnel - Gestion du personnel - Dossiers salariés de l'entrée à la sortie, DPAE, contrats, avenants, affiliations mutuelle/prévoyance. - Suivi contractuel - Périodes d'essai, échéances, visites médicales, habilitations. - Absences & disciplinaire - Congés, arrêts, AT/MP, IJSS, prévoyance, courriers RH. - Registres & tableaux de bord - Mise à jour, archivage, dématérialisation. 2. Recrutement & intégration - Recrutement BTP - Sourcing, entretiens, sélection. - Intégration - Dossiers d'embauche, parcours d'accueil. 3. Paie & déclarations sociales - SILAE (obligatoire) - Paie complète - Variables, contrôle, élaboration des paies. - Spécificités BTP - CIBTP, paniers, déplacements, modulation, DSN. - Relations organismes - IJSS, prévoyance, paramétrages SILAE. 4. Formation - Plan de développement - Identification besoins, OPCO, suivi habilitations. - Gestion administrative - Convocations, bilans, reporting. 5. Projet RH & Amélioration continue - Marque employeur - QVT & communication interne - Livret d'accueil & procédures PROFIL RECHERCHE : - 5 à 10 ans d'expérience obligatoirement dans le BTP - Maîtrise SILAE - Connaissance approfondie des règles sociales du bâtiment - Bac+2 à Bac+5 RH / Paie - Rigueur, autonomie, sens des priorités, excellent relationnel CONTRAT & CONDITIONS - CDI -35H - Poste basé à Eaubonne (95) - Rémunération selon profil - Mutuelle / Tickets restaurant / Avantages internes
