We’re growing our presence in the Romanian market and looking for someone who’d like to join us as we build it out.
This is not about maintaining a pipeline. It’s about creating it, owning it, and turning it into real revenue. If you’re a salesperson who enjoys outbound, knows how to open doors, and - most importantly - close deals end-to-end, you’ll fit right in.
You’ll join our Romanian team, working closely with local leadership while also being supported by a broader global structure. Main tasks:
actively generate and manage a pipeline of high-value prospects aligned with GetResponse’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)conduct thorough discovery calls using methodologies such as MEDDPICC or BANT to identify client needs, pain points, and budgetdeliver tailored demos and prepare value-driven proposalsact as a company representative at industry events and conferencesmaintain accurate CRM data and provide regular updates on pipeline status and sales activitycollaborate with SDRs to improve lead quality and conversionYou may be a perfect fit if you have:
native Romanian and English at a minimum B2 levelat least 2 years of B2B outbound sales experience, preferably with 1 year of experience in selling SaaS applicationsexperience selling to Romanian SMB and mid-market customersindependence and strong project management skillsan ownership mindset and a strong drive to winSalary range:
133-152 EUR net/man-day on B2B contract + monthly sales commissionsExtra perks include:
