This role is critical in supporting the sales team by ensuring excellent service, accurate order processing, and timely communication with customers. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and emailSupport the sales team with order entry, tracking, and follow-upProcess customer orders accurately and efficiently in internal systemsProvide product information, pricing, and availability to customersCoordinate with production, shipping, and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillmentResolve customer issues and escalate when necessaryMaintain accurate customer records and documentationAssist with administrative tasks and reporting as neededRequirements
Qualifications1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environmentStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented settingProficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook; basic Excel skills preferredHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize workloadWork EnvironmentIn-office role located near the Hobby Airport area in HoustonFast-paced, collaborative environment supporting an active sales teamBenefits
