As a Frontend Engineer at Employment Hero, you will
Build and scale product experiences used by thousands of businesses globallyTake ownership of frontend delivery in a fast-moving, high-performance environmentWork in an AI-first engineering culture, leverage AI and agentic ways of working to move faster and solve problems more effectivelyContribute to product and technical direction within a collaborative, remote-first teamContinuously raise the bar on how we build, from code quality to delivery speed and product impact

5+ years in Frontend Engineering with ownership of production systemsStrong in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and modern build toolsExperience with CI/CD and web performance optimizationSolid understanding of testing, engineering fundamentals, and AgileStrong English communication for global collaborationAI-first and agentic mindset, leveraging AI to improve deliveryHigh ownership, fast execution, adaptable in high-change environmentsOpen to expanding beyond frontend towards FullstackProactive, able to challenge and contribute in a high-performance team
