About this role
As a Creative Producer, you will be responsible for consistently producing high-performing creatives for lead generation campaigns across video and static formats, with a target output of 10 new creatives per week.
The ideal candidate has strong direct-response creative experience, excels in rapid iteration based on performance data, and is comfortable using AI-assisted tools to make production faster and more efficient.
Creative Production & Output
Produce short-form video advertisements (UGC-style) and statice creatives for Meta placementsDeliver 10 new creatives per week using a batching system (2 angles x 5 variations)Develop multiple ad formats including: 9:16, 4:5, 1:1, thumbnails, and captionsPerformance-driven Iteration
Continuously improve creatives based on performance feedback and data insightsOptimize key performance elements such as: hooks, first two seconds of videos, offer framing, proof elements, calls-to-action (CTAs)Track and improve CTR and thumbstop rates versus baseline performanceCreative Systems & Asset Management
Maintain a structured “Winners Library” containing:Best-performing hooksScriptsProof elements Calls-to-actionVisual stylesEnsure organized file management and efficient creative workflow processesProduction Coordination
Coordinate and execute basic shots as needed, including: phone shoots, testimonial recordings, and B-roll captureManage scheduling and logistics to ensure smooth production flowEnsure proper lighting, framing, and audio quality during shootsBrand & Compliance Management
Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelinesMaintain compliance standards and avoid misleading claims in advertisementsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Delivery of 10 new creatives per week on scheduleTurnaround time from brief to first draftCreative win rate (percentage of creatives that become top performers)Improvement in CTR and thumbstop rate versus baseline
Requirements
Must-have Skills / Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in creative production, video editing, or performance marketing creativesStrong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar tools)Proven experience producing direct-response or performance-driven creativesAbility to execute quickly with strong organization and file management skillsComfortable with rapid iteration/improving creatives based on performance feedbackFamiliar with AI tools for scriptwriting, hooks, subtitles, and creative variations (AI-assisted workflows acceptable)Basic motion graphics skills
