We are looking for a highly resourceful and creative Headhunter/Talent Research Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at finding exceptional talent in unconventional ways, especially for hard-to-fill roles. You should be naturally curious, analytical, and persistent.
Responsibilities:
Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates across multiple industries and functionsDevelop innovative sourcing strategies to find talent beyond traditional channelsUse logic, research, and data to uncover new talent pools and sourcing methodsTackle hard-to-fill roles by thinking creatively and exploring non-obvious candidate pathsBuild and maintain pipelines of passive candidatesConduct initial outreach and engagement with potential candidatesCollaborate with internal teams to deeply understand role requirements and hiring challengesRequirements
Proven ability to find candidates for difficult or niche rolesStrong logical thinking and problem-solving skillsCreative mindset with a passion for uncovering hidden talentExperience using sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Boolean search, databases, etc.)Ability to think outside the box and try unconventional approachesExcellent research and investigative skillsStrong communication and outreach abilitiesExperience in agency or in-house recruiting (nice to have)Familiarity with advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray search, etc.) (nice to have)Experience working with startups or fast-paced environments (nice to have)Benefits
