We are looking for a highly proactive and phone-oriented team member to join our sourcing team. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable spending a significant portion of their day on calls, engaging with candidates, and keeping our talent pipeline active and organized.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to applicantsProactively identify, and reach out to candidates directly from our ATS databaseReview existing candidate pools to find relevant profiles and initiate contact via phoneUpdate and manage candidate records within the ATS Clean, organize, and maintain candidate pools to ensure accurate and up-to-date informationMove candidates through different stages of the recruitment pipeline based on status and feedbackRe-engage past candidates in the ATS through outbound calling effortsMaintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive experienceSupport sourcing and recruiting teams with administrative and coordination tasksRequirements
Strong comfort level with high-volume phone communicationC1 Level EnglishExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in fast-paced, phone-heavy environments (such as BPO or similar) is highly preferredDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to multitask and manage time effectivelyFamiliarity with ATS systems is a plusWhat We’re Looking For
