In addition to core investment activities, the firm is actively involved in incubating new ventures and supporting entrepreneurial initiatives. The organization operates across global markets and maintains relationships with investors, founders, and strategic partners.

Role OverviewThis role serves as the operational right hand to a senior principal managing a complex, multi-threaded investment and entrepreneurial portfolio. The position combines executive support, research and analysis, project coordination, and relationship management across both institutional investment activities and new venture initiatives.

You will work directly with the principal to ensure that priorities move forward efficiently, information is synthesized clearly, and operations run seamlessly. The role is highly dynamic, with responsibilities ranging from preparing investment briefings to coordinating projects and managing strategic relationships.

This is a high-trust, high-autonomy position suited for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Your ImpactYou will enable the principal to operate at a higher level by ensuring that time, information, and priorities are structured effectively. Your work will directly contribute to improved decision-making through high-quality research, well-prepared briefings, and organized workflows.

You will help streamline operations across multiple ventures, ensuring that projects move forward without delays and key relationships are actively managed. By maintaining accurate tracking systems and delivering clear insights, you will play a critical role in supporting investment activities and strategic initiatives.

Core ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support & Calendar Management – 30% Own and manage the principal’s calendar, scheduling, and meeting logistics Prepare structured daily and weekly briefing materials with context and objectives Manage email triage and support executive communications Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics Support speaking engagements and event coordination Research, Analysis & Intelligence – 25% Conduct industry research and deep dives across investment and business topics Gather and synthesize information from multiple sources into clear reports Produce concise, high-quality written summaries and insights Track key themes, trends, and strategic signals across investments Project Coordination & Execution Management – 20% Drive timelines and execution across investment and venture initiatives Maintain dashboards and track project progress Coordinate deliverables and follow-ups across multiple projects Support tracking of deal flow and investment activity Relationship & CRM Management – 15% Maintain and update CRM systems across investor and partner relationships Coordinate investor communications and private events Assist with diligence materials and documentation Track relationship notes and engagement history Personal & Operational Coordination – 10% Support selective personal logistics and coordination needs Assist with operational execution of a consumer-facing subscription project Coordinate administrative and operational tasks as required

Requirements

Must-Haves (Required)2+ years of experience in executive support, operations, or similar roles within investment, finance, or high-performance environments Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information Excellent written and verbal English communication skills High level of proficiency in Notion Proven ability to work independently and proactively manage priorities Strong organizational and time management skills in fast-paced environments High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information Comfort working across multiple workstreams with changing priorities Understanding of investment processes, deal flow, and relationship managementNice-to-Haves (Preferred)Experience in family offices, private equity, venture capital, or financial services Familiarity with investor relations or investment memo preparation Experience with CRM systems and relationship tracking Exposure to project management beyond traditional executive assistant responsibilities Familiarity with AI tools for research and productivity
