Key Responsibilities
Design high-impact advertising creatives for paid social, display ads, landing pages, and campaignsDevelop visually engaging concepts aligned with brand and performance goalsUse AI-powered design tools to ideate, prototype, and accelerate production workflowsAdapt and optimize creatives based on performance data and feedbackCollaborate closely with marketing and growth teams on campaign strategyMaintain brand consistency across all visual assetsStay current with design trends, advertising formats, and emerging AI tools Nice to Have
Experience designing for performance marketing and A/B testingMotion graphics or basic video editing skillsFamiliarity with brand strategy and conversion-focused designExperience working with startups or high-growth teams Requirements:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong advertisement-focused portfolioHands-on experience using AI tools in design workflows (e.g., generative design, image enhancement, concepting)Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)Solid understanding of digital advertising formats (social media ads, banners, video thumbnails, etc.)Ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual conceptsStrong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesComfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment
