We're looking for an Ecommerce Creative Strategist who lives at the intersection of data and imagination. This role blends creative thinking with performance marketing — you'll develop winning ad concepts, analyze what's working, and use AI tools to scale creative production that drives measurable results for DTC brands.
What You'll Do
Creative Strategy & Concept Development
Research markets and competitors to find new creative angles and develop strong hooks for DTC productsAnalyze ad performance data (CTR, CPC, conversions) to identify winning creative patternsWrite detailed, actionable briefs for video and static ads guiding designers, editors, and UGC creatorsDevelop scroll-stopping creative that balances brand storytelling with conversion-focused messagingPerformance Analysis & Optimization
Audit ad accounts and historical data to identify top-performing assetsReview ad performance regularly and refine creative direction based on resultsConduct creative audits across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and GoogleEstablish KPIs and metrics to measure creative effectiveness and ROIAI-Powered Creative Production
Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, generative video) for copywriting, ideation, and asset generationBuild scalable workflows that combine AI efficiency with human creative judgmentUse AI to accelerate testing velocity while maintaining brand consistencyStay ahead of emerging tools and implement them strategicallyTeam Collaboration & Leadership
Manage UGC creators and oversee editors to ensure content aligns with strategyPartner with media buyers, designers, and account managers for creative-media alignmentLead the eCommerce Marketing team responsible for messaging and ad productionPresent creative strategies and performance insights to clients and stakeholdersRequirements
3–5 years in creative strategy, performance marketing, or media buying for DTC/ecommerce brandsProven ability to guide creative across paid media, email, landing pages, and full-funnel campaignsPortfolio demonstrating winning ads across static and video formats12+ months hands-on experience using AI tools for creative concepting, copywriting, and asset productionTrack record of measurable ROAS improvements through creative workDeep familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and other paid social platformsExperience with A/B testing and iterative creative testing frameworksStrong brief-writing and creative documentation skillsNice to Have:
