Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Video Editor to join our creative team and produce high-performing video content for paid social and digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands both storytelling and performance marketing, with a strong ability to turn raw assets into compelling, conversion-driven ads.
Key Responsibilities Transform raw video, audio, and mixed media assets into cohesive, engaging ads for UGC, branded content, and podcast-style short-form videos. Produce high-performing video ads optimized for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Interpret creative briefs to fully understand the production team’s objectives, target audience, and content requirements. Trim and structure footage into compelling sequences, creating multiple variations of ads for testing and optimization. Enhance videos with sound design, music, motion graphics, color grading, and other visual effects to elevate overall quality and impact. Develop both rough cuts and polished final outputs across all required aspect ratios. Proactively collaborate and maintain clear, consistent communication with the creative team throughout the post-production process.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience as a Video Editor, supported by a strong and relevant portfolio. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects. Solid working knowledge of motion graphics, color grading, and sound design. Strong understanding of pacing, continuity, and visual composition, especially for short-form and advertising content.
Nice to Have Experience editing direct-response or performance marketing ads. Familiarity with UGC-style editing trends and social media best practices. Basic understanding of ad performance metrics and creative testing strategies.
