About the Role
Collaborate with branch teams to ensure smooth adoption and reduced headquarter
deposit volume
Ensure secure handling and deposit of cash dropped at headquarter
Conduct regular follow-ups on outstanding collections issues.
Maintain organized tracking of internal collection activities to ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure proper controls of process,
accelerate job progress and reduce delays.
Manage AP/AR reconciliation, including processing change orders, customer service
credits, and agreement cancelations
Key Qualifications
Three (3) to five (5) years in financial operations, collections, or administrative support
Prior experience with cash handling and deposit security protocols
Experience coordinating with branch or field teams
Ability to work with detail, and good organizational skills
Must fully understand customer service and have a proven track record of exceeding corporate customer satisfaction standard
