Responsibilities

Placing confirmation calls to verify scheduled appointments

Corresponding with customers to monitor status via email, phone, and text

Remaining available to customers to troubleshoot and problem solve during process

Ensuring accurate data entry with CRM system

Qualifications

Outgoing individual who thrives on human interaction

Confident speaker with effective communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

Self-motivated, disciplined, and dependable

Tech-savvy, familiar with CRM systems

Compensation

Competitive hourly base pay: $23/hour
