Purpose of this position / Position summary
To deliver standardized eye care services under the Netra Program through structured appointments, employee consultation, and operational management, ensuring a seamless end-to-end employee experience.
Primary duties and responsibilities
Clinical Care
• Conduct eye exams (refraction, screening) as per ZEISS protocols. • Validate/update prescriptions. Appointments & Flow
• Manage scheduled testing slots and employee flow. • Coordinate with Netra POC for scheduling. Employee Consultation
• Recommend ZEISS solutions and guide employees. • Handle basic queries/complaints. Program & Operations
• Execute Netra SOPs; ensure setup readiness. • Manage employee handling and service delivery. Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain employee records and prescriptions. • Track and report program data (monthly summaries). Feedback & Improvement
• Support post-delivery feedback tracking.
• Education : Bachelor’s/Master’s-in-Optometry • Experience : 1-4 years (clinical/retail optometry) • Skills : Clinical expertise, employee communication, process discipline, organization
