Employee Contract Type: Local - Fixed Term Employee (Fixed Term) Job Description: The Fulfillment Specialist Reliever is responsible for successfully closing donor and new sponsor acquisitions by delivering exceptional customer service and support across multiple communication channels, including phone, SMS, email, social media, web chat, and messaging applications. He/she ensures a seamless and engaging onboarding experience, providing donors and sponsors with a positive and memorable start to their sponsorship journey while building trust and long-term engagement.
This is a fixed-term post for two months based in Quezon City.
Major Responsibilities: Prospect Follow‑up & Sponsorship Engagement
• Actively follow up potential sponsors and donors through calls, SMS, Olark, Viber, WhatsApp, social media accounts, and email Gather sponsor information and educate prospects about World Vision child sponsorship • End Result: All targeted potential sponsors and donors are consistently reached out to and properly followed up
Donor & Sponsor Support
• Promptly and clearly respond to prospective sponsors’ and donors’ concerns, inquiries, and requests Acknowledge donations following approved business processes • End Result: Satisfied sponsors and donors with timely and accurate responses
Cross‑Team Coordination
• Coordinate with Finance to monitor and track payments Coordinate with Donor Care Team to endorse the list of new sponsors for welcome calls • End Result: Delightful onboarding and positive initial experience for new donors and sponsors
Sign‑up Processing & Reporting
• Process completed sign‑ups, including sending welcome kits to newly acquired sponsors Encode generated child sponsorship data Generate donor transaction lists, sort, and assign to teams Provide daily income reports during emergency appeals to the Online Marketing Officer • End Result: All sign‑ups and initial pledge commitments are fulfilled accurately
Process Improvement & Service Enhancement
• Proactively identify and recommend improvements in business processes and strategies Enhance donor service and overall customer experience • End Result: Agile business processes leading to improved donor satisfaction
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations or other related course with equivalent substantial experience in relationship marketing and/or key accounts management. • Open to fresh graduates or candidates with minimal professional experience, provided they demonstrate key competencies such as strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, adaptability, and a high level of accountability. • Ability to manage tasks efficiently, follow processes accurately, and show a proactive willingness to learn in a fast-paced work environment is essential. • Knowledge and skill in online marketing and communications. • Experience in digital and/or e-commerce customer service Good communication skills (verbal and written). • Good interpersonal skills Skill in problem solving .
