Who we are looking for:
• We are looking for an energetic and proactive Clearance Documentation & Sales Coordinator who is responsible for managing Customs Clearance documentation while supporting Sales and Customer Service functions, ensuring smooth and compliant transaction processes.
What will you do:
• This role plays a critical part in coordinating between customers, customs authorities, logistics providers, and internal teams. • The position involves preparing, reviewing, and submitting clearance documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and customs declarations in accordance with regulatory requirements. • Ensure timely clearance of shipments by working closely with agents, freight forwarders, and port authorities while maintaining full compliance with import/export regulations. • In addition to documentation duties, the role supports sales activities by handling customer inquiries, processing orders, preparing quotations, and maintaining accurate records. • Monitoring shipment progress, resolves issues, and ensures timely delivery to meet customer expectations. • Responsible for supporting sales activities within the logistics and supply chain function while ensuring efficient coordination of shipments and customer service operations. This role acts as a vital link between clients, sales teams, and logistics operations to deliver seamless transportation and supply chain solutions. • Assists in generating sales by handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and maintaining strong client relationships. • Coordinate shipment schedules, track deliveries, and liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective logistics services. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential for balancing documentation accuracy with sales efficiency. This role contributes to both operational excellence and customer satisfaction by ensuring seamless coordination across all stages of the transaction process. • Fully comply with Sales Governance, policies, and processes

Location The position will be based in Ras Al Khor, Dubai, UAE.
