Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Change Implementation Coordinator within Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL), part of Enterprise Functions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the successful delivery of Treasury Management solutions by coordinating change initiatives, driving operational readiness, and helping teams navigate complex implementations with confidence.
You will partner across business, technology, and operations teams to support process improvements, communication strategies, and implementation activities that enhance the client and team experience.

In This Role, You Will
• Support the implementation of Treasury Management initiatives by coordinating operational activities, tracking progress, and ensuring readiness across stakeholders. • Develop and deliver clear communications, training materials, and implementation resources that drive understanding and adoption of business changes. • Identify implementation risks, issues, and process gaps, proactively recommending solutions and escalating concerns when appropriate. • Collaborate with business, operations, and technology partners to support project execution and ensure seamless implementation of strategic initiatives. • Analyze workflows and operational processes to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, consistency, and risk mitigation. • Provide guidance and subject matter support on implementation procedures, policies, and best practices to promote successful outcomes. • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of Change Implementation support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications
• Experience supporting Treasury Management products, services, implementations, client onboarding activities, or operational processes. • Ability to coordinate change initiatives, implementation activities, and cross-functional deliverables while maintaining strong attention to detail and execution quality. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information, develop training materials, and engage diverse audiences. • Demonstrated ability to identify risks, analyze operational challenges, and recommend practical solutions that support successful implementation outcomes. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, to create communications, presentations, reporting, and implementation documentation. • Ability to build effective partnerships across business, operations, technology, and leadership teams while maintaining professionalism and accountability. • Adaptability, critical thinking, and organizational skills that enable effective prioritization and execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment, including virtual and geographically dispersed teams.

Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities. $25.48 - $45.67 Benefits
