Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform comprehensive tire service and maintenance on company equipment. • Accurately document service details, enter information into company systems, and communicate findings to the shop or service providers as needed. • Ensure compliance with the company's tire maintenance program by identifying service needs and recommending appropriate actions. • Follow all Tire Industry Association (TIA) standards, company policies, and safety regulations to promote a safe work environment for employees and drivers. • Resolve maintenance issues efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. • Consistently adhere to established processes, procedures, and quality standards. • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and communicate recommendations to management. • Share knowledge, best practices, and technical expertise with team members. • Maintain a professional, positive, and safety-focused work environment at all times.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and remain self-motivated. • Exhibit reliability, accountability, professionalism, and a commitment to quality workmanship. • Effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, vendors, and internal departments. • Analyze maintenance information, identify problems, and make sound decisions to ensure timely repairs. • Read, understand, and follow company procedures, policies, and technical guidelines. • Maintain strict adherence to all company safety policies and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age. • Valid driver's license required. • High school diploma or GED required. • Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office, Windows, and other business software. • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are preferred but not required. • Minimum of one year of stable work history or post-secondary education. • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. • Ability to frequently stoop, bend, kneel, and crawl beneath equipment. • Tire Industry Association (TIA) certifications are preferred but not required.

Work Schedule:

Choose from one of the following schedules:

• Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM • Tuesday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Due to the collaborative nature of the work environment, the spontaneous need for idea generation and execution, and the potential for expedited remediations, responses, or information gathering, in-person, in-office attendance is an essential function of this position.
