About the Role Wellington Management is seeking a Lead Microsoft 365, Power Platform & Copilot Administrator to help govern, administer, and scale the firm’s enterprise AI productivity and low-code platforms. This role supports Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, and related services. The ideal candidate combines hands-on administration and automation experience with strong governance, security, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Power Platform services, including Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, connectors, environments, licensing, capacity, and service health.
• Design, build, support, and govern Copilot Studio agents and Power Platform solutions using secure, supportable, and well-documented practices.
• Establish and maintain governance standards for environments, DLP policies, connectors, sharing, publishing, lifecycle management, privileged access, and support models.
• Monitor usage, adoption, platform health, premium connector usage, Copilot Credit, AI Builder, capacity, and cost trends.
• Automate administrative tasks and reporting using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform tooling, and native Microsoft admin capabilities.
• Partner with technology, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders to enable secure and scalable adoption.
• Provide clear guidance, documentation, and support for professional developers, citizen developers, and business teams.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or related enterprise platform administration experience.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Entra ID, groups, permissions, licensing, and service health.
• Experience with Power Platform governance, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, environments, DLP, connectors, licensing, and capacity.
• Strong Power Automate experience as a developer or administrator, including cloud flows, connectors, gateways, service accounts, troubleshooting, and support.
• Experience developing, administering, or supporting Copilot Studio agents.
• Working knowledge of Dataverse, SharePoint, premium connectors, service accounts, and gateway administration.
• Understanding of security, compliance, lifecycle management, privileged access, least privilege, and enterprise support models.
• Experience with automation or reporting using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform PowerShell modules, or related tooling.
• Strong communication, documentation, consulting, and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with the Power Platform Center of Excellence Starter Kit, managed environments, pipelines, ALM, or solution packaging.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, compliance, auditing, sensitivity labels, retention, and information protection.
• Experience managing Copilot Credit, AI Builder, Power Platform capacity, premium connector usage, budgeting, or cost-allocation models.
• Experience in regulated, financial-services, or formal change-management environments.

Our approach to compensation considers all aspects of total compensation; all employees are eligible to receive salary, variable compensation, and benefits. The base salary range for this position is: USD 90,000 - 180,000This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education. This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and total compensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process.
Base salary is only one component of Wellington’s total compensation approach. Other rewards may include a discretionary Corporate Bonus and/ or Incentives, if eligible.
