About this role
• Support engineering activities, including DOE execution, experimental flow management, and structured data analysis • Provide immediate, first-level failure analysis (FA) to support troubleshooting of process deviations, equipment alarms, and abnormal lot conditions • Assist in sample preparation, characterization, and cross-section analysis. Operate specialized equipment (e.g., X-Ray, EDX) to perform advanced analytical evaluations. • Proactively monitors process stability and intercepts anomalies in specialized steps (e.g., diffusion, testing) to prevent yield loss. • Perform measurements (e.g., electrical, thickness, inspection...) with accurate documentation and traceability • Converts raw manufacturing data into preliminary quality reports, enabling engineers to maintain robust Statistical Process Control (SPC) and faster yield ramps.
