Internship - Water O&M and Small Projects Contract Duration/Type: 6-16 weeks Location: Kilkenny Hybrid/Onsite: Onsite Working Pattern (Time/Hours): 40 hours Mon-Fri 08:30-17:30

Overview of Role: The intern student will learn about all aspects of project management in a large environmental services company.

The role requires a dynamic individual interested in assisting the project manager and Service and Maintenance team in updating methodology, rolling out new systems for monitoring work orders, procurement, reporting and project overview.

Duties of the Role include;

• Provide accurate reporting as necessary including inputting and operating computer maintenance system

• Data analytics and reporting

• Liaise and interact with the Project Manager, Project Engineers, Service and Maintenance Manager and the team of technicians available.

• Corresponding with suppliers to request and follow up quotes and deliveries.

• Assisting with scheduling - confirming attendance dates, etc.

• Ensuring RAMS have been completed and sent.

Required skills for this role;

• Leaving certificate or equivalent

• Job experience in an operational or industrial setting

• Willingness to learn new skills and work with other disciplines
