About this role

We are looking for a Technical Services Process Specialist to join our manufacturing site in Vyškov. In this role, you will be responsible for driving, standardising, and continuously improving manufacturing process technologies across the region. Working closely with factories, divisions, and Technical Services teams, you will help establish best practices, support technology harmonisation, and drive operational excellence. The position is based in Vyškov and includes approximately 20% travel, primarily to France and Denmark. The role acts as a global technology owner and network driver within Technical Services Processes, ensuring that proven production technologies are standardized, scalable, robust, cost-competitive, and consistently applied across divisions and PCOs. Through leadership of the TSP Network, the role translates operational experience and factory insight into global standards, reference designs, and improvement initiatives that support productivity, quality, stability, and long-term Operations & Supply strategy.

Your responsibilities:

• Own and develop global standards for mass production technologies, including the technology roadmap within assigned technology domains. • Define, maintain, and improve: • Process technology standards • Reference designs and benchmarks • SOPs and implementation guidelines

• Ensure technologies are industrialised, mature, and scalable across sites. • Facilitate structured collaboration across divisions, factories, and TS functions. • Ensure best-practice sharing primarily within the business area. • Translate bottom-up factory input into global improvements and standards. • Identify, prioritise, and drive technology-driven improvement initiatives. • Support global cost-out programs through process optimisation. • Act as a technical counterpart and trusted partner to PCOs and divisions on mass production technologies.

Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with mass production process technologies. • Proven experience in standardisation, modularisation, and scalable solution design. • Experience working across multiple manufacturing sites is a strong advantage. • Lean skills (5S, SW, TPM, CI, PPS) and go to GEMBA mindset • Strong facilitator and communicator in cross-functional, global settings. • Ability to influence without formal line authority. • Structured, data-driven, and execution-oriented mindset. • Comfortable balancing strategic direction with operational detail. • Willingness to travel and engage closely with factory environments (approximately 20% travel, mainly to France and Denmark). • Fluency in English; Czech language is an advantage.
