Job Title HR Partner Job Description Are you energized by partnering with senior leaders to drive business success through people-focused solutions? As HR Partner, you will collaborate closely with B-2 leaders across the domain to support the delivery of the people agenda
In this role, you will act as a trusted HR advisor on a broad range of people and organizational topics, helping leaders translate business priorities into effective people actions. You will partner closely with the Global HR Business Partner and play an important role in supporting teams through change, organizational development, talent decisions, and workforce planning.
This role combines HR partnering with hands-on execution of (a.o.) HR cycle topics and HR project implementations in a complex, international environment.
What will you be doing? Strategic Partnership to people leaders:
• Partner strategically with mostly B-2 managers to advise on team development, talent topics, and people-related decisions • Implement people strategy in the region, and identify HR trends within the country and escalate strategic needs to the Regional HR Partners and Global HRBPs • Act as a sounding board to people leaders, contributing to business planning from an HR lens where relevant
Operational HR Support to Employees:
• Support other people partners in the region as expert HR Partners on providing solutions for their employee support base, • Deliver tier 2 support on day-to-day HR topics (e.g., performance development, onboarding, job changes, policies) for more senior employees and on more complex cases that require unique solutions • Support communication and execution of local HR programs and engagement initiatives
HR effectiveness:
• Ensure consistency and quality of HR service delivery within the country/region Collaborate with other HR Partners to implement standard HR practices • Be pro-active in identifying key changes to policies, and work together with functions to develop and implement these policies Maintain data accuracy and compliance in all HR activities, using systems and local tools
Leadership:
• Be a functional team lead of level 50/60 HR Partners as foreman or project lead (not line manager)
Support complexity
• Support managers across many domains – requiring interaction with all Global HRBPs • Support managers across a country or region of smaller countries with higher complexity
What do we ask from you?
• (Strong) Experience in a HR Partner role, preferably in a global or matrixed organization • Experience partnering with senior leaders on a broad range of people and organizational topics • Experience supporting organizational change, talent initiatives, reward discussions and leadership-related topics • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility with senior leaders • Strong business understanding and the ability to translate business priorities into people actions • Extensive program management experience to create an end-to-end experience which anchors improved performance • A pragmatic, resilient, and solutions-oriented mindset • The ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-changing environment • A collaborative style and confidence in working across different levels of the organization
About the team You will report to the Local/Regional HR Partner Lead and work closely with the Global HR Business Partner, regional HR colleagues, and HR Functions and HR Service team. In this role, you will support B-2 leaders and their teams across the domain.
What do we offer This position offers a competitive salary range of 6.400 EUR to 7.600 EUR gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
