Job Profile: Customer Service InternJob Objective: Provide operational and administrative support to the Customer Service team, ensuring efficient control of department budgets, tracking logistics and quality (sorting) costs, and maintaining fluid, professional communication in English with both national and international business partners (clients and suppliers). Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Management & Budget Control:
• Sorting Costs Control: Register, track, and validate costs generated by sorting or rework activities (quality sorting) at customer or supplier plants. • Budget Administration: Assist in updating and monitoring the department's monthly budget, ensuring expenditures align with established targets. • Variance Analysis: Collaborate in identifying discrepancies between actual expenses and the projected budget. 2. Logistics & Courier Coordination:
• Shipment Coordination: Organize the movement of critical packages (samples, components, legal or technical documents) both domestically and internationally. • Tracking & Monitoring: Provide timely follow-up on courier tracking statuses (FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.) and resolve any delivery issues. • Document Control: Manage and archive courier invoices and proofs of delivery for correct internal cost allocation. 3. Bilingual Communication & External Relations:
• Client & Supplier Contact: Handle inquiries, send status updates, and follow up on requests with clients and suppliers in English (both written and spoken). • Meeting Support: Assist in organizing follow-up calls and drafting bilingual meeting minutes or action plans. Candidate Requirements:
• Education: Active student in their final semesters of a Bachelor's degree in: • International Business • International Trade. • Business Administration. • Industrial Engineering or related fields. Languages: intermediate English (essential for writing corporate emails).
• Digital Tools:Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel (essential formulas, pivot tables, and charts for budget control).Familiarity with courier portals or ERP systems is a plus. Desired Competencies:
• Organization & Structure: Ability to manage multiple operational tasks (couriers and costs) simultaneously while maintaining order. • Attention to Detail: Crucial for handling financial figures, tracking numbers, and logistics data. • Proactivity: Initiative to solve problems with transport providers or expedite responses. • Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to convey clear and professional messages in a multicultural environment.
