We create iconic ice cream brands that are part of everyday life, bringing moments of joy to millions of people around the world. Everybody loves ice cream. And as the world’s biggest pure‑play ice cream company, we have the scale and ambition to make a real difference. What truly sets us apart is how we work. We move fast and keep things simple. We turn ideas into action, trust people to take ownership, and work as one team to win together with integrity. Our culture is high‑performance, collaborative and focused on getting things done. We’re curious and ready for what’s next. We embrace digital, use data to make better decisions, and keep learning, including how AI can help us work smarter and serve consumers better.

The role We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to support a warehouse network optimization project. The role will focus on evaluating the current supply and distribution network, conducting data-driven analyses, and developing cost comparisons between existing and proposed future-state models. This position will play a critical role in enabling strategic decisions to improve efficiency, service levels, and overall logistics costs.

What you'll be responsible for 1. Network Analysis & Modeling

• Analyze the current supply chain and warehouse network (nodes, flows, volumes, and service levels) • Map end-to-end distribution flows, including factories, warehouses, and customer delivery points • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization • Support the design and evaluation of future network scenarios 2. Data Analysis & Number Crunching

• Perform quantitative analysis using large datasets (e.g., shipment volumes, transportation costs, inventory levels) • Build and maintain analytical models to simulate different network configurations • Conduct sensitivity analysis to evaluate key variables (demand, costs, lead times) 3. Cost Analysis & Business Case Development

• Analyze current cost structures (transport, warehousing, handling, inventory holding) • Compare baseline network performance vs. proposed future-state scenarios • Develop detailed cost-benefit analyses and financial models • Support ROI calculations and investment recommendations 4. Reporting & Insights

• Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations • Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders • Highlight risks, trade-offs, and dependencies in optimization scenarios 5. Project Support

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, planning, finance, operations) • Support data collection and validation processes • Assist in project tracking, milestones, and deliverables

We're looking for someone who

Rather than an exhaustive check list, focus on what really matters.

• Has experience in supply chain analytics, logistics, or network optimization • Has experience working on warehouse or distribution network projects • Brings strong skills in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau) • Is familiar with network modeling tools (Llamasoft / Coupa, AnyLogistix) • Has strong numerical and financial analysis capability • Thinks end-to-end and takes ownerships for results • Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organisation • Values collaboration, clarity and low-ego ways of working • Is amenable to work on a project-based contract for at least 6 months

What you'll get

Alongside meaningful work and strong development, we offer a reward package that typically includes

• Market-competitive pay and performance related rewards • Flexible ways of working • Support for health, wellbeing and life outside of work • Time off to rest and recharge • Ongoing learning and development opportunities
