The role The role is responsible for delivering standardized, accurate, and insight-driven management reporting to enable data-backed decision-making across TMICC operations. The position will drive reporting excellence through automation, process improvement, and robust KPI tracking aligned with business and client objectives
Bottom of Form What you'll be responsible for 1. Management Reporting & Insights
• Design and standardize management reporting frameworks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and scalability across TMICC. • Analyze trends, variances, and performance drivers to identify improvement opportunities and process inefficiencies. • Translate data into actionable insights that support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives. • Develop and optimize executive dashboards aligned to critical business KPIs and strategic objectives. • Drive reporting simplification and eliminate redundant metrics to enhance decision-making effectiveness.
2. Operational Performance Tracking
• Establish and govern KPI frameworks aligned with SLAs, productivity, quality, and utilization targets. • Develop standardized scorecards and performance measurement systems across functions. • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for performance gaps and recommend sustainable process improvements.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and variation in processes using data-driven techniques. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies to enhance • operational performance.
3. Reporting Automation & Digitalization
• Drive automation of reporting processes using tools like Power BI, Excel (Power Query/VBA), SQL. • Reduce manual intervention and improve reporting turnaround time. • Build dynamic dashboards and visualization solutions.
4. Data Governance & Quality
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of reporting data. • Implement validation checks and reconciliation mechanisms. • Maintain documentation for reporting processes and data definitions.
5. Stakeholder Engagement
• Partner with delivery teams, finance and leadership to understand reporting needs. • Translate business requirements into reporting solutions. • Present insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
6. Continuous Improvement (BPE Focus)
• Apply Lean / Six Sigma / BPE methodologies to improve reporting processes. • Identify opportunities for standardization and best practice adoption across TMICC. • Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability. • Contribute to GBS transition and finance transformation programs Drive improvements in data accuracy, turnaround time, and efficiency
We're looking for someone who
Rather than an exhaustive check list, focus on what really matters.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field • 4–10 years of experience in finance operations / master data / R2R • Hands-on experience with SAP (preferred) / S4 HANA / Oracle ERP • Strong understanding of finance data structures (GL, cost centers, hierarchies) • Knowledge of data governance, internal controls, and compliance frameworks
