Poszukujemy Specjalisty ds. Raportowania, który wesprze obszar After Sales oraz Centrum Serwisowe w zakresie analiz operacyjnych i finansowych, raportowania kosztów oraz optymalizacji procesów serwisowych. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie blisko współpracować z zespołami odpowiedzialnymi za serwis, sprzedaż oraz operacje.
Czym będziesz się zajmować?
• raportowanie i rozliczanie napraw w systemach, • przygotowywaniem raportów i analiz kosztowych, • współpracą z partnerami biznesowymi przy rozliczeniach, • usprawnianiem procesów i udziałem w projektach optymalizacyjnych.
Kogo szukamy?
• osoby dobrze znającej Excel, • potrafiącej analizować dane i wyciągać wnioski, • komunikującej się po angielsku na poziomie min B2, • dodatkowym atutem będzie wiedza z obszaru finansów lub analizy finansowej.
