• Oversee crew maintenance activities for Aseptic • Align crew resources to address equipment downtime and complete assigned crew tasks • Oversee crew area ownership and daily assigned area tasks • Maintain operation of production equipment, jointly working with the operations team focused on downtime resolution • Proactively identify and correct potential issues that could create downtime • Act as crew technical liaison for support of problem-solving and issue resolution, i.e. PDCA/BDA process • Drive completion of crew assigned PDCA/BDA as triggered by PDCA process • Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to complete scheduled PM(s), training, and project coordination, staff communications, and worklist task distribution • Understand and drive crew and department metrics – 5’s, PM completion, hours on WO’s, parts on WO’s, and area ownership task completion • Perform maintenance and repairs of ALL production equipment, and assist wherever needed regardless of department boundaries • Ensure daily logs, PM(s), and WO completion for mechanics are filled out properly before being submitted to the Maintenance Supervisor or Planner • Conduct shift handover meetings • Review all shift reports sent out from other shifts • Ensure their own shift report is detailed and sent out before leaving • Delegate work given by the supervisor to the techs • Coach and develop the techs on shift • Document any issues that require follow-up repairs/replacement and submit SAP notifications to the Maintenance Planner or Maintenance Supervisor to generate follow-up work orders or add to PM(s) • Work closely with the shift operations team in the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor or Manager • Manage all TPMS work performed on their shift, including verifying that all TPMS paperwork is reviewed and filled out correctly on a daily basis

Job Requirements/Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Aseptic and Processing Packaging manufacturing processes and equipment • Ability to work closely with management to manage staff and work requirements • Ability to work from manuals and prints • Must be able to work flexible hours to accommodate production demands, shift coverage, PM(s), and project completions Experience

• Knowledge of packaging and processing • Demonstrated leadership attributes – responsibility, ownership, engagement, follow-up, accountability, and effective communication

Shift: This is an overnight role working a rotating continental schedule, 4:50pm to 5am.

The pay range for this role is between 33.98/hr to 49.44/hr dependent up skill level, industry experience, etc.
