The Position

Vendor Workforce Administrator - Desktop SEM

Key responsibilities include, but are not exclusively:

• Working in compliance with legislation and IMS (required for all). • Manage (onboard / sustain / depart) Thermofisher accounts for certified vendors. Own the process and the documentation. • Provide outstanding support in cooperation with HR and IT to the regional service teams in your area of specialization. • Provide mentorship on utilizing Thermofisher resources to our Field service partners. • Own CAS process in given portfolio. • Own Installation Program of the new instruments at customer sites. • Report put monthly and quarterly main performance indicators. • Cultivate and develop positive working relationships with Field Service Engineers and Global Technical Support (GTS) groups.

Requirements:

• BA degree in Electronics, Mechanics, or related subject area or comparable training • Typically requires 2-5 years’ experience with service and/or management in high-tech industry or laboratory • All-round technical knowledge and practical skills in multidisciplinary trouble shooting • Proven track record as a self-starter who is also highly productive when not supervised • Works with demanding customers and understands the importance of customer relations and intimacy • Project leader skills • International Travel (25% of working time following initial training period) • Proficient in English (verbal and in writing) • Other language skills are an asset
