Job Description
Job Summary:
With limited supervision, responsible for providing moderately complex technical support and on-site services to customers. The Field Service/Start-Up Engineer II requires in-depth knowledge and expertise in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex equipment. The Field Service Engineer Level III will be expected to mentor and guide junior team members in resolving technical issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement troubleshooting strategies and solutions • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction • Collaborate with the Service Manager and other team members to develop and implement process improvements, standard operating procedures, and best practices • Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies, alongside safety and quality enhancement initiatives • Actively support corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects and initiatives • Create and maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all service activities, including service reports, repair records, and customer communication • Assist in the development and delivery of customer training programs and workshops • Participate in cross-functional teams to assist in the development and testing of new products

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems, including the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical individuals • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certification, & Licensure):
• High School Diploma or equivalent • 3 years of relevant industry experience • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
