In Finance, we ensure the integrated governance of financial activities at Group level, both ordinary and extraordinary. We control administrative, accounting, and financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with tax requirements and optimizing credit management, debt collection, and treasury activities. A primary focus is placed on integrating the accounting, administrative, and reporting processes of companies being acquired, ensuring alignment and efficiency at the Group level.​

In particular you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and coordinating the monthly Performance Reviews to be shared with the General Manager/CFO; • Building the Budget in collaboration with the Business Unit; • Ensuring the achievement of Budget objectives and directing corrective actions; • Updating periodic forecasts; • Validating ad hoc analyses and business cases of the Business Unit; • Contributing to the development of new tool projects with a dedicated focus on the assigned Business Unit. What skills are we looking for?

• 2 to 3 years of experience in consulting or in Controlling and/or FP&A departments within structured organizations; • Advanced use of Excel and ability to manage and connect to complex databases; • Good knowledge of national/international accounting principles, planning models, and variance analysis; • A degree in Engineering and/or Economic disciplines; • English knowledge at a C1 level. ​ Do you recognize yourself in the skills we’re looking for?
