Job Title: Marketing Assistant, Korea Marketing (6 months contractor)

Reporting to: Manager, Media & Brand Analytics

Primary Purpose: The Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting the execution of integrated marketing initiatives with a focus on campaign activation, PR coordination, and trend-based insights development. This role plays a key supporting role in the planning and execution of seasonal marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams and external partners. The assistant will help facilitate the timely rollout of campaign activities, support PR and influencer initiatives, and contribute to ongoing trend analysis to inform marketing decisions. Through close collaboration with cross-functional teams and agencies, this role will help maintain operational efficiency and executional excellence across various marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Campaign & Event Support:

• Assist in execution of marketing campaigns (e.g., Fall campaign, pop-ups, seasonal activations) • Support planning, preparation, and on-site operations for brand events and activations • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, retail, eCommerce) and external agencies/vendors • Track timelines, assets, and deliverables to support smooth campaign rollout • Assist in post-event wrap-up, including basic recap materials and coordination

• PR & Influencer Support:

• Support PR activities including sample coordination, media/influencer seeding, and event logistics • Assist in communication with PR agencies and tracking media coverage • Help manage influencer campaign logistics (product dispatch, posting schedule tracking) • Monitor and summarize PR and influencer activities • Assist in managing marketing samples and related materials

• Trend & Market Monitoring:

• Research and compile trend reports on fashion, Gen Z culture, and digital platforms • Track competitor activities, campaigns, product launches, and influencer trends • Monitor social media and digital platforms to identify emerging content and consumer trends • Support the team with basic insights and references to inform campaign planning and ideation

• Cross-functional & Operational Support:

• Support communication between internal stakeholders and external partners • Support coordination and day-to-day communication with external agencies and vendors • Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and track key action items when needed • Assist with campaign-related documentation and internal coordination processes • Assist with ad-hoc marketing and administrative tasks

Education, Experience, and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience • Up to 2 years of experience in marketing, PR, or related fields (internship included) • Strong interest in fashion / luxury / digital marketing and Gen Z culture • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok preferred) • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel preferred • Native Korean with workable English communication skills
