Responsibilities Preparation and Delivery of Healthcare Training
• Training healthcare providers in topics related to healthcare education such as but not limited to culturally and linguistically appropriate services and behavioral health
Program Coordinating, Planning, and Implementation/Training for Healthcare Training Programs
• Scheduling and tracking clinical training and educational experiences for healthcare providers
• Coordinates program communications and marketing
• Plans and implements programs and assists in their evaluation for grant funded initiatives and clinical services
• Responds to inquiries regarding program offerings
• Coordinates with vendors and partners and others in the delivery and support of all systems and services
• Maintains program records and databases for clinical and educational initiatives
• Healthcare and program management tasks as assigned by supervisors within the department
Funding and Resource Management
• Assists in identifying and maintaining funding opportunities
Required Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of program coordination, administrative, or related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bilingual Proficiency (English and Spanish)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
