Associate Professional Services Consultant This is a hybrid position based in Jacksonville, Florida, requiring three days per week in the office and offering the flexibility to work remotely two days per week.

As an Associate Professional Services Consultant, you'll join a collaborative team that partners with customers to implement and optimize mission-critical software solutions. About the Role: We're looking to hire an Associate Professional Services Consultant who is intellectually curious, analytical, and passionate about solving complex business and technology challenges. Whether you're an MBA graduate, engineer, or early-career consultant, this is an opportunity to work at the intersection of business, technology, and client consulting while helping financial institutions optimize their operations through innovative software solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Partner directly with clients to understand complex business and technology challenges and translate them into actionable solutions. • Analyze workflows, systems, and data to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and improved user experience. • Define product and system requirements, working closely with engineering and delivery teams to bring solutions to life. • Evaluate the impact of changes across systems, processes, and user experiences, and recommend scalable, best-practice approaches. • Contribute to testing strategy (system, integration, and user acceptance) to ensure solutions meet business needs and maintain system integrity. • Collaborate in client engagements, including workshops, demonstrations, and working sessions while building strong client relationships. • Help develop training materials and support client adoption of new capabilities. • Work on high-impact initiatives across multiple platforms, gaining exposure to enterprise-scale systems and strategic decision-making.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to break down complex problems and communicate solutions clearly. • Interest in working at the intersection of business and technology.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

• MBA or recent graduate of a top undergraduate program. • Internship or early-career experience in consulting, product management, analytics, or technical roles. • Familiarity with software development concepts, system design, or data analysis. • Exposure to financial services, lending, or fintech is a plus, but not required. • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

FLSA Designation (US Only):

Exempt

Salary Range: The estimated base salary range for this role is USD$63,000.00 - USD$77,000.00 per year. We include salary ranges in job postings only where required by applicable pay transparency laws, based on the jurisdictions in which the role may be performed. The posted range is a good faith estimate and reflects factors that are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary based on job-related factors, including work location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant considerations.

Time off (US Only):

The Company provides a minimum of 10 days of vacation for new employees , sick time based on state requirements, 8 Company-paid holidays and 2 personal holidays per year.
