About the Role As a Business Development Manager – HPE Infrastructure & Hybrid Cloud, you will be responsible for growing the HPE Infrastructure & Hybrid Cloud business in Romania. You will work closely with HPE, partners, and internal teams to identify new opportunities, drive partner engagement, and execute business growth initiatives. You will play a key role in developing the local partner ecosystem, increasing pipeline, and supporting the adoption of HPE solutions across the Romanian market. What You'll Do

• Develop and execute business growth plans for the HPE Infrastructure & Hybrid Cloud portfolio in Romania.

• Build and manage relationships with HPE, partners, resellers, and key customers.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and drive pipeline growth.

• Support partners with business planning, solution positioning, and go-to-market activities.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to increase demand and market awareness.

• Monitor pipeline, revenue, and business performance to achieve business targets.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in business development, sales, channel management, or partner management within the IT industry.

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, hybrid cloud, servers, storage, networking, or enterprise solutions.

• Strong commercial mindset and ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Experience working with sales targets, forecasts, and business plans.

• Fluent Romanian and English.
