Are you enthusiastic about enhancing supply chain operations and contributing to successful projects? We are looking for a committed Supply Chain Management Advisor to become part of our team at the Montreal Refinery. In this role, you will support procurement, materials management, logistics, and contracting activities to ensure the efficient delivery of goods and services while helping achieve business and project objectives.

Minimum Requirements:
• 5 years experience in supply chain management, preferably within the oil & gas, energy, or industrial sectors
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of procurement, materials management, logistics, and contracting best practices
• Excellent analytical, interpretive, organization and problem-solving skills
• Experience with SAP

Responsibilities:
• Primary contact for respective sites to resolve and coordinate the resolution of complex issues related to improving Material & Service availability, in addition to guiding sites through appropriate SCM processes
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities for turnarounds and projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve kitting and staging issues and ensure alignment with project requirements and business goals
• Monitor critical deliveries and supply chain performance, communicating updates to stakeholders
• Monitor and improve supply chain performance while identifying opportunities to reduce risks, address constraints, and enhance efficiency
• Support long-term business planning through early supply chain engagement
• Champion goods and services management processes and best practices
Location & Other Key Details:
• This is an office-based role. You will work out of our Montreal Refinery located at 11701 Sherbrooke St East
• Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with the potential for extended work hours based on business needs
• Our business professional roles follow internal compensation guidelines and the pay band will generally be based years of experience and scope of work
