What You Will Do As TA Manager for Poland, you will lead a team of 6 TABPs and oversee Talent Acquisition delivery across Stryker’s Global Business Centre in Warsaw, the Manufacturing site in Skawina, and the Commercial business in Poland. You will lead and develop a high-performing TA team, partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders, and drive recruiting excellence, continuous improvement, and key Talent Acquisition initiatives.

• Build and lead a high-performing, customer-focused TA team aligned with the Global TA Strategy.

• Drive effective sourcing strategies, channels, and recruitment tools to attract top talent.

• Manage, coach, mentor, and develop recruiters to maximize performance.

• Advise hiring managers on recruitment and internal mobility best practices.

• Monitor TA metrics, identify trends, and drive performance improvements.

• Leverage data and insights to improve efficiency and business outcomes.

• Enhance candidate quality, search effectiveness, and diversity outcomes.

• Stay current on recruitment trends, market insights, and employment legislation.

• Standardize processes, drive accountability, and ensure delivery against hiring goals.

• Foster a culture of recognition, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Promote adoption of recruiting processes, systems, and tools across the organization.

What you need Requested:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • 8+ years of experience across Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, HR Centers of Excellence (CoE), or HR Operations • Proven experience leading, developing, and coaching high-performing teams • Professional fluency in both Polish and English

Preferred

• Proven experience operating within complex/matrixed global organizations • Hands-on experience with Workday or similar ATS • Demonstrated experience leading organizational change and change management initiatives • Track record of successfully driving recruiting initiatives and broader Talent Acquisition projects

Travel Percentage: 20%
