Working in a dynamic and fast-evolving environment, the Senior Analyst, Corporate Governance & Strategy plays a key role in supporting executive leadership and governance bodies by delivering strategic analyses, transforming data into actionable insights, and contributing to the continuous evolution of the organization's governance practices.

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Strategy & Governance, the Senior Analyst serves as a trusted business partner to leaders across the organization, helping ensure an integrated view of strategic priorities, execution, and performance monitoring. Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of the corporate strategic plan, key strategic initiatives, and organizational performance indicators. • Conduct strategic analyses to support executive decision-making and identify key value creation opportunities. • Support the monitoring of strategic initiatives, including resource allocation, interdependencies, execution risks, and achievement of expected outcomes. • Prepare materials for senior leadership and governance committees, including executive dashboards, strategic presentations, analytical reports, and recommendations. • Perform cross-functional analyses in collaboration with business leaders to support aligned decision-making and business priorities. • Conduct strategic market intelligence on industry trends, best practices, emerging risks, and growth opportunities. • Contribute to the evolution of governance frameworks, processes, and practices that promote effective decision-making and organizational alignment. • Drive the continuous improvement of strategic performance management tools, analytical methodologies, and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, or another relevant field. • Seven to ten (7–10) years of experience in corporate strategy, governance, strategic planning, management consulting, business analysis, or a related discipline. A graduate degree, particularly an MBA, is considered an asset. • Strong interest in the retail industry; experience in the fashion sector is considered an asset. • Excellent business judgment with the ability to synthesize complex information into meaningful insights that support executive decision-making. • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into practical business recommendations. • Demonstrated ability to create clear, compelling, and executive-level presentations for senior leadership. • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. • Advanced proficiency with analytical and presentation tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, as well as artificial intelligence tools, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance analytical capabilities, optimize processes, and deliver high-quality outputs efficiently. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English, enabling effective collaboration with French- and English-speaking partners, as well as the use of English-language systems, tools, and documentation.
