As a Talent Strategy team-Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees, aligning talent strategies with business objectives. Your work will be crucial in improving employee retention, development, and performance.

Responsibilities
- Collaborating with subject matter specialists to strategize and implement talent development initiatives - Analyzing employee data to inform talent management strategies and improve retention - Developing and executing comprehensive talent support plans aligned with business objectives - Managing the employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, and terminations - Utilizing HR software and metrics to enhance employee engagement and performance - Facilitating change management processes to support organizational restructuring and growth - Implementing employee recognition and rewards strategies to boost morale and productivity - Engaging in stakeholder communications to align talent strategies with firm goals - Supporting leadership planning and succession planning to validate continuity and growth - Promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development through targeted training programs
What You Must Have
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join the Talent Strategy team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing operational activities, driving automation initiatives, and supporting reporting and analytics for various programs that run under this team's ambit. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, processes, and cross functional stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• Reward Programme Operations: Manage and support day-to day operations of rewards infrastructure, including ongoing reporting, tracking, and adherence to defined service standards. • New joiner buddy: Drive and maintain the new joiner Buddy automation platform, including implementing enhancements, resolving issues, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders. • Reporting & Analytics: Handle regular reporting and analysis across various programs , ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery to meet business requirements. • Documentation & Knowledge Management: Support the creation and upkeep of process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge management assets • . Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of rewards, recognition, and engagement initiatives. • Operational Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of assigned operational and transactional activities, with opportunities to progressively expand scope and responsibilities.
