As an Advisory - Strategy& Value Creation - Working Capital - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to drive strategic initiatives and optimize working capital within our Deals practice. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to analyze complex problems and manage assigned workstreams. You will also focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. In this role at PwC, you will guide and mentor others, maintaining professional and technical standards while navigating increasingly complex situations. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, using these moments as opportunities to grow and deliver quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive financial due diligence to support client acquisition strategies - Analyzing financial statements and trends to identify opportunities for value creation - Developing strategic plans and scenarios to enhance competitive advantage in deal structures - Evaluating business plans and market research to inform corporate development initiatives - Utilizing analytical thinking to perform competitive analysis and industry trend assessments - Collaborating with teams to monitor and analyze financial trends for informed decision-making - Supporting post-merger integration processes through effective financial modeling - Engaging in customer due diligence to validate strategic planning and M&A strategies - Leveraging Capital IQ and other tools for in-depth financial risk analysis and product evaluation - Embracing change and intellectual curiosity to drive creativity and innovation in deal strategy
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 2 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
