As a Clinical Applications Nursing Analyst, you will engage with clients to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness within our Technology Consulting practice. You will analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and provide guidance to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive business performance. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work closely with clients to analyze operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. You will provide guidance on implementing technology solutions, process automation, and operational excellence frameworks. Responsibilities
- Leads managed services operations for Clinical Application modules, overseeing break/fix resolution, configuration maintenance, and system optimization. Mentors analyst teams, manages complex issue escalations, and drives continuous improvement of support processes. Ensures system stability and alignment with operational goals through proactive monitoring, trend analysis, and process standardization - Mentors junior staff on troubleshooting techniques, configuration best practices, and operational procedures. Reviews work, provides coaching across teams, and liaises with JBR partners, other practice teams, and offshore / AC teams. Leads complex configuration changes, system tuning, and maintenance activities across multiple Clinical Application modules. Validates configuration changes to ensure system integrity and alignment with operational needs. Oversees build activities for enhancements, patches, and upgrade cycles - Leads support operations including ticket queue management, SLA adherence, and escalation workflows. Develops training materials focused on common issues, workarounds, and system tips to improve end-user self-sufficiency - Analyzing client operational processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency - Collaborating with clients to implement technology solutions and process automation for operational excellence - Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights and recommendations - Developing operational strategies to streamline processes and drive business performance - Providing guidance and support to clients in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness - Building meaningful client connections and managing relationships to anticipate and address client needs - Applying operational analysis and process mapping to enhance service operations and support - Embracing change and leveraging emerging technologies to improve operational processes - Upholding professional and technical standards while interpreting data to inform business decisions - Mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative team environment
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4 - 8 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Deep understanding of healthcare workflows and regulatory requirements within Clinical Application modules (HIPAA, Joint Commission, CMS). Leverages domain expertise to assess the operational impact of system issues and prioritize resolution efforts - Leads and refines the shift handoff process between India and US-based teams, ensuring handoff templates, escalation protocols, and async documentation standards are followed consistently. Reviews handoff quality across the team and coaches analysts on clear, actionable status reporting for onshore stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and technical expertise with Clinical Applications and utilities (reporting, security, integrations with third-party systems). Analyzes incident trends to identify recurring issues and drive permanent fixes - Utilizing SQL Server for complex data analysis - Implementing AS400 systems in healthcare environments - Managing Windows Server for operational efficiency - Developing automation solutions for process improvement - Excelling in business process improvement strategies - Embracing emerging technologies for competitive advantage - Demonstrating intellectual curiosity and learning agility - Shift work timings: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST (US Eastern overlap)
