Job Description
At the centre is Drive.com.au, supported by a full omnichannel ecosystem spanning broadcast and streaming via Drive TV on Channel 9 and 9Now, social and video, podcasts, radio integrations, and premium print and digital placements across Nine publishing.
Drive is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to join our NSW team! The Sales Manager represents Drive in-market with credibility and pace, combines relationship strength with sharp commercial judgement, and consistently turns market opportunity into booked revenue.
Day to day you will:
• Own and grow the NSW revenue portfolio across key agencies and clients, delivering the monthly, quarterly and annual target.
• Build senior, trusted relationships that translate into sustained spend and share-of-budget growth.
• Develop integrated, insight-led solutions across Drive’s full ecosystem (content, video/TV, social, digital, Brand Studios, IX and broader Nine assets).
• Run disciplined pipeline management, forecasting and CRM hygiene, with clear next steps and decision points on every opportunity.
• Negotiate commercially sound deals, protecting yield and outcomes while delivering genuine client value.
• Orchestrate delivery with Sales, Media, Ad Ops, Drive Brand Studios and IX to ensure campaigns are briefed, built and delivered flawlessly.
Qualifications
You will be a commercial professional who can represent the brand with credibility and pace, combining relationship strength with sharp judgment to turn market opportunities into booked revenue.
What you'll bring:
• Strong media or agency sales experience, with demonstrated digital and integrated capability.
• Proven track record of delivering targets with disciplined forecasting and pipeline management.
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing, including content partnerships, video, social, digital display and programmatic fundamentals.
• Advanced written and verbal communication, proposal development and stakeholder management.
• Strong commercial acumen: negotiation, pricing discipline, and value-based selling.
• Comfortable operating in CRM and reporting tools (e.g. Salesforce) and using data to guide decisions.
• Automotive category experience helpful but not essential.
